With a background in computer science, Prahlad is passionate about using technology to deliver improved business outcomes and customer experience having seen first-hand the impact of programmes such as the NHS Covid Pass and across Private and Public sectors. Working in India, Europe, East Asia and the UK has given him a global and multi-cultural experience on how businesses operate and succeed.

 Using frameworks that are grounded in academic research and proven across industries and geographies, he is now looking to help organisations to grow and succeed.

The challenge of growth!

Organisations face three main challenges: achieving sustainable growth, overcoming organisational inertia and evolving the culture. While there are a number of other challenges, in its essence, it comes back to these three.

But, there is no set template. Each organisation has a unique situation in its journey of growth.

Recognising this, we take a tailored approach to addressing the challenges of each organisation. We analyse based on academically researched frameworks that have been proven across geographies, industries and organisation size/maturity. We have applied these frameworks in our previous work successfully, finetuning them based on experiential knowledge.

At the beginning of any engagement, we undertake a short scoping exercise covering the key opportunities to be addressed and outcomes to be achieved (what good looks like). These are then used to tailor an approach/plan that is right for the organisation depending on timescales, time commitment and operational constraints. While we do the main part of the work, it must be a joint enterprise with full participation from organisation’s stakeholders to sustain the success; this is equally important to transfer skills across through experience rather than through ‘classroom learning’.
